We reserve the right not to sell goods to customers at our own discretion.

Prices and Payment

We describe the goods to the best of our ability, we in no way set out to mislead the customer.

Upon purchase of any products from this site, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order which will be sent to the email they provided.

All our prices are current to the web site price list. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, we will however honor any goods purchased at old prices.

All customers will be billed in USD only. We do not accept payment in any other currency. We only accept Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. Generally, all orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. No goods will be dispatched without full and proper payment. We have a minimum postal charge of USD $4.10 on all orders. Shipment timelines are not to be calculated from date of order. Delivery usually takes approximately 14 business days.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return Policy

If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions.

In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levy a restocking fee of 30% of the cost of items returned.
